Lipstick Black Pagoda
Lipstick Black Pagoda
Aeschynanthus radicans ‘Black Pagoda,’ commonly known as the Lipstick Plant, is a trailing tropical houseplant admired for its striking patterned foliage. Its dark green leaves are beautifully mottled with light green and yellow markings, while the undersides feature deep purple tones, adding dramatic contrast. In the right conditions, it produces tubular orange-red blooms that emerge like lipsticks from their cases, giving the plant its playful name.
Perfect for hanging baskets or shelves, this variety thrives in bright, indirect light and prefers evenly moist, well-draining soil, with the top layer allowed to dry slightly between waterings. It enjoys higher humidity and is non-toxic to pets, making it a safe and decorative choice for any home.
