Our Packing & Shipping Process
At Grows With Love, we take great care to ensure your plants arrive healthy and safe. Each plant is prepared with a step-by-step process designed to protect both the roots and foliage during transit.
- Hydration – Before shipping, we hydrate your plant to help it stay fresh and resilient on its journey.
- Securing the Soil – The soil is carefully covered to keep it in place, and the pot is wrapped in protective plastic to prevent spills.
- Protecting the Foliage – Depending on the plant type, we use poly filler, wooden stakes, or paper bags to secure the foliage and prevent damage. Every packing method is chosen specifically for the plant being shipped.
- Seasonal Protection – During the colder months, we recommend adding a heat pack to your order to guard against cold damage.
We do our best to pack and ship with care, but if your plant arrives damaged, please send us photos within 24 hours of delivery. This allows us to provide a replacement and make things right.
