Echeveria Pulidonis
Echeveria Pulidonis
Echeveria pulidonis is a highly sought-after rosette-forming succulent known for its smooth blue-green leaves lined with vibrant red margins. Korean-grown specimens are especially valued for their compact form, symmetrical growth, and strong coloration. This elegant succulent makes a standout addition to collectors’ displays, container gardens, and succulent arrangements.
Bare Root Import Information:
This plant is shipped bare root, meaning soil is removed from the roots to protect plant health during transit. Slight stress coloration, minor blemishes, or dehydration upon arrival are normal and typically resolve with proper care. After planting, allow the roots to settle in dry soil for several days before watering to reduce the risk of rot.
Light:
Thrives in bright light to full sun. Strong lighting encourages the most vivid red leaf edges and compact growth. Indoors, place near a south or west-facing window.
Water:
Use the soak-and-dry method. Water thoroughly only when the soil is completely dry. After receiving a bare root plant, wait approximately 5–7 days before the first watering.
Soil:
Requires fast-draining cactus or succulent soil. Adding pumice, perlite, or coarse sand improves drainage and root aeration.
Temperature:
Prefers temperatures between 60–80°F. Protect from frost and prolonged exposure below 40°F.
Growth Habit:
Forms neat, symmetrical rosettes that remain moderately compact. Mature plants may produce offsets and tall bloom stalks with small yellow flowers.
Pet Safety:
Generally considered non-toxic to pets, though ingestion may still cause mild digestive upset. Keeping plants out of reach is recommended.
Care Tips:
Provide strong light and proper watering intervals to maintain bold coloring and tight rosette growth. Avoid letting water collect in the rosette, and remove dried lower leaves to support plant health.
